She came to Rainbow in continued search of brother

She has already traveled through Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, nabbing a few badges and ribbons along the way for fun, but ultimately just searched for Leo.

Regardless of being lazy, she pushes herself to not use Pokemon to make travelling easier.

Kanto is her homeregion.

She will always wear something to cover the upper bicep of her left arm. _{Personally, I haven't entirely figured out what my brain put under there, but whatever. ;;}

Contrary to what she would let others believe, Eavee fears the ocean, merely because it has Sharpedos in it

She is fascinated by things like motorcycles, holograms, and anything hand-built.

She has the habit of being slightly conceded on some things.

It's common for her to make terrible decisions under pressure.

Due to her hate of change, she's a bit jumpy at the idea of certain technologies that replace Pokemon.

She does not wish to be found easily, thus she chose Emerald Jungle to reside in.

Unfortunately, she is very blunt, and doesn't listen often to what other people say.

She has a high endurance, and is a self-considered wall between aggressors and those she would be protecting (i.e. Admins or higher up in Monochrome, friends).

Whilst in Monochrome, she hasn't any name to go by. Thus, she gives no name when asked.

Eavee can be found more often in the cities or towns, as well as the inn, looking for information on her brother, Leo. She will be pinning up at least one paper in each location with her number on contacting her with said information, though it is not that big, and would probably be covered slightly by other posts.

Chainless cuff: A cuff received at pokepark after being handcuffed to Cozmo. He holds the other one.

Hikage's Hat: Self-explanatory. He isn't getting it back. EVER.
Calibur's Jacket(altered): She's wearing it. Because it's comfy. 'nuff said.
Hairpin: A gift from Cozmo. It is an exception to her normal rule of not liking fancy looking things.

He was Eavee's starter.

He enjoys blowing gusts of soot onto the faces of those who go against his wishes.

Eavee's choice of Pokemon to tag along to Rainbow.

He enjoys gliding with the wind.

Originally he had an unknown accessory, but he burnt it after the first couple of hours. This was soon replaced with a curtain tied up as a cape.

Though he scarcely listens to Eavee's battle commands, or any other actual command on that matter, he will still do as he is told if the situation calls for it, or he is bribed by something.

He avoids Luna because he sees her as a food-blocker.

Eavee will often let him out of his ball for long periods of time, allowing him to explore about the region on his own.

He is painted black and lacks a cape when used in Monochrome to try a sever any connections between him and Eavee, since for some reason Charizards are endangered in Rainbow 8Ic
